Kjempebra hotell for familie

Vi hadde en uke på dette hotellet med all inclusive. Vi hadde en to roms leilighet med sjøutsikt. Leiligheten var bedre en forventet. To store soverom, to bad, og en liten Wc. Stua var enorm med mulighet for to personer til å sove på sofa. Dette rommet kan anbefales til familie på seks personer. Vi brukte mye av tiden ved bassenget og det var enkelt å finne seg plasser siden strandsengene som tilhørte hotellet var rett utenfor porten. Det ble servert snacks (pølse , pomes frites, is) i bassengbaren, så om en ville droppe lunchen så kune en spise der. Maten som ble servert inne i spiserestauranten var veldig bra. Vi spiste oss gode og mette. Vi hadde oss noen kvelder hvor vi spiste ute på byen, men dette var kun for å få litt intim og koselig stemning. Med den flotte beliggenheten i sentrum og på stranda, er dette eit hotell vi gjerne hadde reist tilbake til.

All inclusive sunny beach

Vi bodde på detta hotell 3 nätter. Läget på stranden var perfekt dock var var detta inte värt pengarna då samtliga måltider verkligen smakade vidrigt standarden var sämre än värsta tänkbara skolmatsal. Städningen av rummet var även under all kritik.

Disappointed

The check-in time is from 15:00, not from 14:00 as written everywhere( they changed after my conversation with front desk agent).We have small children, and this was very disappointing for us. In the restaurant, the lady who seems to be a manager made a problem because we went to get some soup for our 2-year-old girl 2 minutes before 13:00. Her name is Silvia Radeva. This is not polite, and a good manager should do everything to make guests happier, not cause a problem for being 2 minutes early. We are here now, but I will never come back to this hotel.The food is absolutely not delicious the service is bad, the cleanesse...i just can say that we have a sand on the floor for hole stay.

Bad hotel

Really should tell people when they book that they only offer entertainment and all they offer on their website after 1st June that the boring bar that just plays a local radio station also shuts at 10pm .. we were a group of 15 with 6 very bored children with no entertainment no kids club no arcade (as stated) and 9 adults that had to go to bed at 10 😬 then no help off the cheap and nasty holiday company called love holiday ... that's why they have cheap holiday because they sell you all the s*#t hotels ... lesson learned !!

Very Bad

Only Bad things i have for this hotel - food Bad and only 2-3 things that you get everyday - the cleaning is bed, when i Take the room i Find the bathroom dirty… they dont clean over the days, only change the towels - the manager of the restaurant is Crazy, she speak ungly, she yell at people - the alchool is the most cheap from this country - the ultra all inclusiv is all inclusiv with the cheapest things possible. I hope people See my review befor they will book here
