Perfect place for a short stay

Stayed for 4 days truly loved the place. Everything I expected from a 4 star was there. What really got me was the interior. I would say, it's a very cute hotel. Room was cozy and the balcony was spacious. The place was super clean. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was the same so I won't recommend for a long stay guests to eat in-house on a daily basis. If I return to Tblisi, which I would most likely to do, I would consider staying here again.

One of the worst hotel in Tblilsi

Rude and aggressive staff. The housekeeping wouldn't clean the room until I asked three or four times every day. The bathroom had insects flying all over the bathroom. Third class awful break fast and lunch. Overall a disgusting experience . Charged 200 extra for some other mistake.

Worst service, rude staff! Stay away from this hotel!

My wife and I stayed in the property for 4 nights, and my opinion to anyone that plans to book this property is — the staff is RUDE, service is horrible and rooms are mediocre. I spoke with Levan from the reception on several occasions, and he is horrible to speak with. Rude to the next degree! He once told me over the phone that “He does not have time to speak to me” after a 10 second conversation about room service. The breakfast has very limited options. If you’re reading the good reviews like we did to book this property, do not be fooled. Look for an alternate property, or pay a little extra for a slightly better one. They claim to be a 4- star but they’re not! This hotel is solely responsible for all our bad memories in Georgia. DO NOT BOOK! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Perfect place to stay in Tbilisi

Yes, It is not in the city centre of a taxi will take you there for 2 Euro. Not in the nicest area of town but who cares. Very helpful staff that will take on your questions and remarks. Nice modern rooms. Great complete breakfast served a buffet. Don’t hesitate when staying in Tbilisi. One small issue : taxi drivers in the city centre apparently don’t know about this hotel so always carry a hotel business card to show them. And to the hotel staff : please use a bigger font and black print on the card as in the dark inside of the cab, nobody could read the address. So we wasted a lot of time trying to explain where we wanted to be taken.

Best 4 star hotel

Stayed here for 3 nights, beautiful hotel with great service, hotel looks brand new and love the interior decoration, specially on the guest floors with deferent desigb on each doors (check-out the pics 📸).
