my Exprience

If I want to explain my and my husbands travel experience in a few words, I have to say that everything was great, the atmosphere was very quiet and the breakfast was reasonable, the staff was very helpful and everywhere was clean. If I travel to this city again, I will definitely stay here. An experience to remember forever ...

My experience at this hotel didn' t go beyond the reception area, but I must praise the professionalism of the young lady at the reception. I was actually mistakingly driven there by the local agency driver soon after having landed at Tblisi airport in the early hours of the morning. It wasn' t but during the check- in process that I realised there was a mistake. Had it not been for the prompt intervention of the lady at the reception, making phonecalls and actually solving the situation and my first hours in Georgia would have been dreadful.
